We are Mar铆a and Mateo, a Spanish expat family and the founders of Baby Sleep & Smile.

Mar铆a is a medical doctor trained in gentle infant sleep support, and Mateo brings the father鈥檚 perspective that is often missing in this field. As parents of a 15-month-old, we know first-hand how exhausting sleep deprivation can feel 鈥� especially when living abroad, travelling often and managing changing routines.
