Dr Gan Eng Cern is a fellowship-trained Consultant ENT Specialist in Singapore and former Chief Rhinologist at Changi General Hospital. He completed advanced subspecialty training in Rhinology and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery at the renowned St Paul鈥檚 Sinus Centre, University of British Columbia, Canada, and was previously a Senior Clinical Lecturer at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.
