When you signed up to the site you agreed to the Terms and Conditions, where the rules were outlined in them. The spam rules work very well and this site works well with them in place. There are forum rules, copy and paste is not allowed. Only you can activate your PM system by following the rules explained on hundreds of posts on this thread.

Follow the rules, post informative. topical posts on other sections of the forum and eventually your pm system will be activated. No cut and paste. Posts here will not count towards having your system activated.
