Hi,

can a foreigner buy property in the Democratic Republic of Congo?

If so, is it complicated? What is the process of purchasing a property in the Democratic Republic of Congo?

Any tips for buying property, such as a check-list of items to verify ?

Nope don't think it is possible, you can get 50 year leases though

In congo it is possible to buy property but through a confident congolese friend. Anyway, the government give a lease of over 50 years to foreigners...even mining field!
