Good female gynecologist in CAIRO OR 6 TH OF OCTOBER CITY?

I need to find a good female聽 gynecologist in Cairo or 6 th of October City, the best european one, or really great, respected and valued - egyptian doctor.
Does any 1 know?
I heard about Doctor Mohamed Abou El-Ghar, a famous egyptian gynecologist. Is he still practising?
And i read about his daughter, also famous MD - Doctor Mona Aboulghar
Assistant Professor Obstetrics and Gynecology doctor, is she a good doctor?
Does any 1 was her patient?,
I read, that she is only making 3 - 4 D Ultrasound in her private clinic in Cairo, and she even made medical specialization from it, by making 3 - 4 D Ultrasound to pregnant ladies..., so is she only making this 3 - 4 D ultrasounds, nothing more?
Does any 1 know?
