The Joy Track is a new Program from THC - A fun way of introducing Hiking, featuring a monthly easy hike with a new activity every time. It suits everyone .. all ages and fitness levels can join.

A mini hike that suits everyone in the middle of nature with some fun competitions just few kilometers away from your home is what really makes THE JOY TRACK...

A day trip to Wadi Degla Protectorate accompanied by an exciting Telematch - we all watched a Telematch on TV when we were kids - now is the time to be a player in the game. (Playing is MANDATORY)

The plan is as simple as this:

9:00 AM Meet in front of Wadi Degla Protectorate Gate.
9:30 AM We start our mini-hike; our JOY TRACK
10:30 AM Let all the fun competition begin.
11:45 AM Prayers break.
12:30 PM Resume our Telematch, finals; AKA " winners & semi-winners"
2:30 PM It's lunch time... We are already starving.
3:30 PM We start our mini-hike back.
4:30 PM End of our JOY TRACK for today, till we meet on the next Track
