Decent income in order to be able to live decently in Hurghada

I am Ana, Romanian, contemplating more and more moving to Egypt. I am spending already at least 1 month/year there diving. I am in the point of still raising money to buy a flat there. Although I am not sure that buying is better than renting, at least in the beginning. Also, during my holidays I have been trying to figure out what would be a monthly decent income in order to be able to live decently in Hurghada. I am a licensed psychotherapist, I have聽 pdh in Psychology and, besides my regular job in a clinic,聽 a small online practice that I plan to develop more for when I move. But I am aware of the scarcity of interest in mental health there and I am unsure if my skills are required oreven allow me to make a living as they do in Europe. So, any advice is welcomed!
