RELOCATING TO EQUATORIAL GUINEA-MALABO

I am a male professional residing in New york City and I have dual citizenship, American and Nigerian because I was born in Nigeria and naturalized in USA. I want to relocate to Malabo and look for job in the oil and gas industry or construction industry. In my quest of relocating to Africa-Malabo, I retired from New York City Housing Authority in 2011 after 25 years of service as Engineer, Architect and construction Project Manager. I have degrees in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction and land Surveying. I studied in Italy (Write and speak the language) and in United States of America. So how can I find employment (preferably with American or Italian companies), housing and friends. What kind of professional organizations exist in Malabo so that I could contact them about membership and getting to know people in the country.
