Selling compound - advise - agents

Hi,

My mother has fallen ill and will most likely not be able to return to The Gambia. She has given me all documents for her compounds in The Gambia and I now need to sell them asap.

I'm looking for someone trustworthy to advise on the process, required documents and steps to take

The compound is in Sanjung and is about 70 X 30 meters. Has a house on it with large entertainment/TV room on one side of the compound and another building that served as four classrooms on the other side of the compound.聽 So it could either serve as guest lodge or school.
Can someone advise estimate asking price for such property?
