Hi Zen,

If you will be working in Plateau, you'd better live in PISAM area, it's called Rue de la Canebiere, it's very near to Cocody, not far from the Plateau and it's a nice place to live.

I suggest Deux Plateaux, Marcory or Zone 4. Check it!
