Hi, There certainly used to be a shop in Yaya Centre (first floor) that sold all that kind of stuff, but all pretty expensive.聽 There is a similar shop in Vallage Market, above the Food Court, but I recommend checking Yaya Centre first.

i'm not sure about Bach flowers, but there is a big homeopathic pharmacy with all the remedies.
check Abha Light on google, you'll find all the contacts there
