Assuming that you may be flying with the Turkish Airlines, why don't you call them and check....
The horror stories of pets left behind just a year ago still haunts many of us. Are you sure you want to take the bird with you?

If you notice on my post I shall be flying from Manchester when the flights resume, so a direct flight.  And I shall be staying in Libya for good, also my parrot is part of my family it knows all of us by name and speaks at least 1000 words so there is now way it shall be left in Libya or anywhere else including UK. I hate people who just dump animals!

Then, "when the flights resume" [not likely to happen anytime soon, cannot give to it serious consideration, sorry!] you should check with the airline.
Your bird sounds like a beautiful companion. Being involved with a couple of animal rescues from Tripoli last year, (I don't understand how we can hate a human when she had to leave her dog with cancer behind, as she was running off with her young daughter, and then arranged an international rescue operation to ship her dog so that it can die peacefully among family. Actually happened and will never be mentioned in the history of the Libyan "Revolution"!)and being slightly familiar with the fragility of things over there, I am merely suggesting how precarious it would be to take a pet along.
I think outsiders not yet comprehend how shaky everything is in Libya.. and often pets end up being the unmentioned sufferers of such situations (eg, earthquakes, "revolutions", 9/11)
Let me put it this way: I would not take my young children with me to Libya right now, nor my pets. My husband does not even take me with him :-) -and I was a potent stroller of streets and alleys of Tripoli-
From a pet human to another pet human: make arrangements to leave the bird behind with a family member, neighbour. Anything but a trip to Tripoli.
I truely wish I was wrong.

I am not an outsider of Libya I know Libya very well and was involved (even though to a small extent) in the revolution.  I am sorry to hear about the person who had to leave behind their pet and I DID NOT mean seriously that I hate people who leave pets behind. I only started off asking a simple question I didn't wish to be lectured to!

i think it is ok to have ur parrots with u ,,,, but does it have any documantaitons ??

If you do manage to bring him/her, make sure you bring supplies, foods, vitamins, and medicines for common parrot ailments. Try to make arrangements with your vet to ship new supplies to Libya when you need them. If he gets sick, there are not many vets equipped to handle non livestock pets especially parrots.  I have a Libyan friend in Benghazi whose brother has a parrot. He got sick and there was no good vet.  Even tried the zoo. (Don't know that Trip is any better) If your parrot becomes ill, you most likely will have to fly him back to Manchester to see his regular vet.
