Moving to Tripoli in the New Year

Hello

My husband and I are due to move to Tripoli from Scotland in the new year.聽 He will be working and I would like to find work, whether it be paid or voluntary.聽 At present we are unsure where we will be living but I believe his work will be sorting that out for us.聽 The only information I have on Libya is what I have been able to find online.聽 This may be a bit of a vague query, but where and how do you suggest we/I start?

Try using the search function on any subject you've questions on, as most things have been covered. Anything else - just ask here.

You might find that each subjects' thread goes off topic quite quickly.

You better not be on about me mate Welcome Ruby, lots of us Scots here in Tripoli, Caledonian society set up as well, you will feel right at home, well apart from the shortage of lorne sausage (which I stacked up on from my last visit home). Any real queries PM me and I will try and help out any way I can.

Oh good to hear Clansman, my main concern was Irn Bru, but I'm sure I read somewhere on here that it is available somewhere. Phew !!聽 I'll keep an eye out for the deviants....

Been here only a very short time myself.
This forum and most of the people on it very helpful.

Have a search and ask the questions if you dont find the answers.
