Being Paid in EUR from a mauritian company

Hi all,

due to the exchange rate my boyfriend's company is offering to pay him in EUR directly.

How should he proceed for that?

having a french bank account, in that case how does it work in terms of taxes (where will he pay them, France or Mauritius)
having a mauritian bank account in EUR (MCB)

Any advise is welcome or feedback from person that is in the same position.

Yes, it is apparently possible to be paid on your french bank account and transfer money on your MCB after. Some of the french banks have trimestrial package with withdrawals without fees per month and 1 transfer per month.

MCB accept to keep the free bank account open even if your wage is not transfered every month.

This will be implemented this month.
