Oh dear! Pawpaw helps a lot as well as fruit juice! Plenty of fluids and avoid dairy products during this period of sickness!

On another note, do we have to bring disposable plates, forks etc for the get together?

We have got the Expat-blog banner :one thanks to Julien!

So the marker would be to meet near the Expat-blog banner put up on the beach, I will ofcourse be there with it :D

As for what to bring, Any type of Sandwich or Food Item that doesnt need too much hassle-cutlery to eat!

@Alisa_ram, yes, All those coming please bring in your disposable plates ( if you need them or think we will need them) and napkins.

Also, If someone wants to bring Musical Instruments like Guitars to play for the group, please feel free :D we could always do with it :D

So Final update, we have over 20 confirmed, maybe more from the french forum.

its a Bring n Share, dont think BBQ is possible.
Meeting point - Beach Shelter near parking lot opposite 90 Degrees.
(We will have the 大咖福利影院 banner put up)
