we had to apostille a uk doc for use in mauritius and the only way to do it was to send it back to the uk for apostillation with the relevant dept in the uk. you could try any nepalese ambassador's office or council office here to see if they can help - but sounds like the doc may need to go back to source for apostillation unfortunately.
