馃敼 Most affected sectors?

Banking, telecom, customer service & let鈥檚 b honest聽 recruitment. CVs are now screened by AI before a human even gets to say 鈥淚nsha鈥橝llah.鈥� Even marketing teams r asking ChatGPT 4 captions faster than they ask their interns.

馃敼 Skills to highlight?

Two things:

1. Learn how to work with AI.

2. Keep the 1 thing AI still struggles with聽 human judgment, negotiation, cultural intelligence & relationship-building (especially important in Morocco where business still runs on trust and tea 鈽�).

馃敼 Changes I鈥檝e noticed?

Meetings r shorter. Reports r faster. Excuses r weaker.

You can鈥檛 say 鈥淚 didn鈥檛 have time to prepare the presentation鈥� when AI can prepare 20 slides in 2 minutes.In short: AI is not taking jobs. It鈥檚 taking tasks.

The real competition isn鈥檛 AI聽 it鈥檚 the professional who knows how to use it better than you do.Morocco is evolving.
