Hello everyone,

About two years ago, I partnered with a man who runs a Moroccan jewelry and antiquities shop in Essaouira. It has been an excellent partnership and I am very pleased. Our shop in Essaouira is beautiful and I absolutely love it. Unfortunately, we only rent the space, and the owner is putting it up for sale. I have the opportunity to buy it, but would like advice! How does it work to buy a shop in Essaouira? Is anyone familiar with the process?

I should note that I am an American living in America, not in Morocco. (yet!)
