I was wondering if we could arrange a meeting where all the expats in Rabat could get to know each other and spend a nice time , any ideas聽 ?

I think it's a really good idea, and I'll be looking forward to it, we can arrange a meeting in the center ville of Rabat or some amusement park.

Its a great idea, I wish I could meet but I am leaving Morocco tomorrow. Please publish the date and venue.
I also wanted some advise about extending my stay in Morocco, if anyone can help please msg me on m_rubaiyat@Hotmail.com.

A meeting is a nice idea.

As to extending your stay in Morocco, you need to go to Police department/foreigners department, ask them about it and they will tell you all details. Good luck
