use the gym in tangier

Hello, I am going to go on vacation to Tangier and I need to use a gym due to my health problems.聽 In Spain I have to go every day.聽 Are the gyms also for women?聽 I'm scared to go alone to ask.聽 Is there a gym that you recommend?聽 My accommodation is close to the beach and the port.聽 thank you.

Well, most fitness places in Morocco are male-only,聽 but I鈥檓 not sure about in Tangiers. The hammams are for both men and women.聽 I don鈥檛 know if that might help
