Need a 1-bedroom furnished apartment for about a year

Hi there!

My fiancee and I are moving to Kigali by the middle of February. We'd like to rent a 1-bedroom furnished apartment and are looking for the following:

1. Good wifi
2. Furnished
3. Clean
4. In a good, safe neighborhood
5. Maid service for cleaning the apartment
6. A gym would be good to have but not a must
7. Oh yeah! Water pressure in the shower!

We lived in Nairobi for about 3 months and it drove us nuts when the shower just trickled!!

We are a fun, mature Indo-American couple. Our price range is about $1000 per month. If you have any leads, please let me know. I greatly appreciate your help!

Hi ,This is Johnnybgood, I plan to move to Kigali sometime in Sep this year and was looking for a furnished studio apartment for about a year plus.
It should be in a good n safe neighbourhood ,Clean , WiFi conx,market place close at hand and looking a rent range of 600-700 p/m
