Can an expat own property on Mahe?

Hello beautiful people,
Thank you admin for letting me be here, very much appreciated.
I am seriously considering to relocate to Seychelles in the next couple of years with a view of setting up a small business and making a life for myself and my partner.
My first question I guess is, can an expat own property on Mahe? And my second question, does buying a property entitle one to a residency permit/visa and can one work in Seychelles on that same residency/visa?
I have also read somewhere that certain types of businesses are only allowable to Seychelles citizens, can someone confirm or clarify this please?
