Try Charlie Harpers in town, good prices, good food and good company there, maybe you are in Sihanoukville already.

Many Seafood restaurants along the beach! East and west of Serendipity Beach. Also, west out past the Airport disco. I also recommend the Reef Resort, both for eating and staying. Other places to stay are:聽 The Aqua Resort, and the Small Hotel.
