Dress shirts for the big and portly.

I can't find any nice button up shirts to fit me here in Siem Reap. Even 4X is too small in the middle. I'm 6' and 125 kilos with a pot belly. Anyone know of a place with shirts my size?

I bought a couple of large size hawaiian shirts and a white linen-style shirt at Zando a little while ago. I am 6', 110 kgs so have the same problem. Zando was the only place I could find my size, so maybe have a look there.
