Q1 family reunion visa changing sponsor from wife to son

Hello I currently hold Q1 visa but me and my wife are planning to divorce. I have a son who is Chinese national he is 3 years old. Can he sponsor me for any visa? Can i switch my Q1 visa sponsor from my wife to my son?
