Truck driving jobs in China (especially long-haul cargo in Shenzhen/Guangdong) are tough for foreigners right now.

Most companies prefer local drivers because of the licensing process and work permit rules.

Legal sponsorship for a Z visa + work permit is possible but not common for regular truck driver roles 鈥� they usually fall under 鈥淐ategory C鈥� which is harder to get approved.

Realistic advice:

Larger logistics companies (SF Express, JD Logistics, Cainiao, COSCO, or some international forwarders) are your best bet. Some occasionally hire experienced foreigners for special routes or supervisory positions.
You鈥檒l need to convert your Moroccan license to a Chinese commercial (heavy truck) license once you have a work residence permit. It鈥檚 doable but involves paperwork, translation, medical check, and tests.
Start by posting your CV on Zhaopin, 51job, or LinkedIn with 鈥淪henzhen logistics driver鈥� keywords. Also check WeChat groups like 鈥淪henzhen Expats Jobs鈥�, 鈥淕uangdong Logistics鈥�, or 鈥淔oreigners in China Work鈥�.

If you鈥檙e flexible and willing to start with something related (e.g., logistics coordinator, fleet supervisor, or cross-border routes), your chances improve a lot.
