Hi I like to know if I wanna buy a business in Georgia like a coffee shop or restaurants doesn't I need a lawyer to register making company and how mutch can a small coffee聽 sbop or restuarant or takeaway make u momey in 1 month or 1 year?

Depends how good the location is...聽 how big the place and what you are offering

We own one in Poti... IT is very general question...聽 If you are buying a business you need to research the all accounting audit and all the information about company...

much easier to register own company and start fresh..聽 Just to rent or buy the property instead..
