it's more than enough I usually spend 3 Million Rupiahs a month for food alone..hahhaha

If your housing is covered, that's more than enough to live on.聽 If you eat local food rather than imported and don't drink alcohol, you can even save a nice chink of that each month.聽
My advice is to hire a maid, and let her do the shopping for you.聽 they know where to get cheap good local foods and will save you money.聽 a good maid will cost less than 1jt per month.
