The rental income comes to around 17 million per month - easily enough as long as you aren't too into partying.

As a guide, a lot of expat English teachers are on 11 million or so.
Local teachers start at 3 million.

I live on (Family of 4 with a maid) less than 10 million per month, meaning I save quite a lot and my bank manager shakes my hand when I wander in.

If your girlfriend is Indonesian, she can sponsor you for a 60 day Sosbud (renewable twice), that allowing you to stay in Indonesia for around 6 months.

She can't sponsor you for a KITAS unless you marry, but there are lots of agents with wildly varying prices so shop around. One (sadly) well known expat group offer them at absolutely stupid prices - be very careful not to get ripped off by such people.

The downside is immigration might well take an interest in you as they may suspect you're working. If they see you on the beach most of the day, they'll write that off as a waste of their time and leave you alone.

Leasing is fine and, assuming you do it properly, should have no serious issues.

Why a villa?
Alone (maybe with girlfriend), why such an expensive place when you can rent a house far more cheaply?

Maid - Don't worry about an English speaker because that skill often comes at a premium. Google translate will easily cover the language issue. If you have computers and other electronics, keep them in a locked room when you're out but the maid is in. Our last one stole a Rp20,000 note - not a lot to us but big for her. I let her off without saying anything but trust had gone so she had to go.
Keep temptation out of the way.

Watch out for medical - the expat companies charge expat prices. You can save a lot by shopping around local companies.

The rest is car, pizza, food for home cooking and this that.

I managed about the same in Jakarta area but rents are higher. I'd do it on less if it wasn't for eating out in western food places when I'm at home.

Yes I see that utilities cost about the same. We have higher rent though because of the area where we live... That's actually the main spending together with food somehow as western food is sometimes welcome!
