If you get a job, your employer looks after immigration requirements.

Frankly as an 18 year old Albanian I really don't think you've got a gnats chance in hell of getting a legal job in sales unless you specialise in a specific area of industry where Indonesian nationals are in short supply. At your age that's unlikely.

Your only option, which I don't recommend or indeed commend, (excuse the alliteration) and having read examples on this Forum, is to apply to one of the 'Boiler Room' operations that exist throughout Jakarta. Apparently they'll even pay your airfare!

They do, but they also get raided from time to time.

Not a great idea to take them up on any offers you might see.

@Lotus Eater I believe Fred is doing its best to help dear. And he is not a lawyer but rather than suggesting me illegal work, is there any other option like studying at a International University in Indonesia, maybe I might have the chance to enter job market?

I can't see any problem with you studying at a University provided you have the funds to support yourself (without working) for what would be a multi year course. The learned institution would probably assist with the relevant visa documentation needed.

Yeah I do have the funds for sure. But I am worried about what happens after graduation, does the Indonesia allow fresh foreign graduates to work in Indonesia after studying in one of their universities. Because that's the most important thing.

I don't know the answer to that one but here in the UK graduating students can work for a period of time after graduation. That said the rules and regulations are fluid and constantly changing.

Your best bet is to email the university of your choice and check out the Indonesian Immigration website.
