Moving to Jakarta - seeking housemaid

I am moving to Jakarta next month and I am seeking housemaid for general household work (cooking, cleaning etc).
I have a 3 year old son and my wife is going to working here, so I also need a good and trusted nanny. It seems I have to ask local people for this but any advise from folks in this community?

The best way to find a maid is commonly to ask around the security in your area or the maids who work locally because they almost always know someone who can do the job.
Finding one with English or other language skills is harder work so you are likely to need an agent.
Google supplies loads of leads on that one.
