Medical care in Surabaya

Hi all!
I've been living in Jogja for 2,5 years already and unfortunately can't say much good about local hospitals. Doctors usually just listen to your own assumptions and prescribe some more or less random pills according to the idea they've got without much tests or even questions to ask.
I got some reasons to think that situation in Surabaya might be slightly different. So if anyone have any good experience about of this city... To be more precisely I need a pulmonologist for some serious consultation to help me to figure out the details of my exact problem not just to give another prescription according to keywords that I utter.
