Is there a balikbayan type shipping back to the States??

We all know of the聽 balikbayan box shipping to the Philippines, but how about if we want to ship something back?聽 Can we do it as cheap and easy?聽 聽 聽God knows my Wife knows as she shipped 30 boxes here, maybe we should of tested the stay first before she went shipping nuts. lol

So i got to thinking, if things were to turn and i decided to go back is all my stuff just lost here or can i send some back without loosing my shorts?聽 聽 Just planning to be safe.

you can do it easy but not cheap. basic rule is聽 聽 聽send a box or whatever cost more as items inside聽 , i did take some personal items and artworks 3 cubic meter to sweden ,total cost 96 000 peso from door to port ,if you have thinking to go back in philippines take a storage in that time when you are in states
yep, looks like if i did ever pull the plug here i can kiss a lot of stuff聽 goodbye.聽 Thanks
Did you find out anything.聽 I'm in sort of the same situation except I'm looking to move right away.聽 Through the years, we shipped balikbayan boxes (around $50 to $70 a box) from New York, New Jersey, Florida, California and Hawaii all coming to the Philippines but I always assumed (never assume anything in the Philippines) that the reverse would be just as simple.聽 There used to be a mover very close to where we live but they either moved or went out of business and I never asked them if they also shipped from the Philippines (again - a bad assumption).

A friend came to the Philippines with the intention of staying. He shipped four balikbayan boxes here from Alabama through a local Asian / Filipino store for around $100 a box.

Once he arrived health problems that he already had, became worse (another story), and he had to return to the states before his boxes even arrived.

Long story short, he had to have the boxes back because of what they contained and the cost was $300 dollars per box and an additional fee of $250 for all after they arrived in the states for a total of $1450 US for four boxes.

With 30 boxes to ship, have you thought about sharing a container to the states?聽
