Has anyone uploaded personal pictures for other members to view?

Under Community/Pictures it seems you can only upload pictures other then personal pictures. I tried to upload a selfie taken by my wife showing both of us while driving in Las Vegas. I though people would see what this loud mouth (Me) looked like. The picture was rejected.

Please note that pictures like selfies or posting pictures of other people are not allowed in the pictures section.

This section has been designed so that members can post pictures of a particular country like scenery and landscape or other pictures that represent a country.

I've tried a few times to post a personal pic , just myself with nobody else and I always get this reply from 大咖福利影院

When I go to click on 'add a profile picture' there is no redirect..
I did email 大咖福利影院 but no response.
