At the company I work for, there are a number of used SUVs (2004 Honda CRV) for around Ph 450k.

Be careful on any used car. In 2009, they had the big flood in Manila and a lot of cars were flooded. Also, they import a lot of resale cars from SG and Japan. Then some local shops convert the right hand steering to left and often do a poor job. Not sure how you verify either condition.

I plan on getting a new SUV as the price is quite reasonable compared to SG and I really want the warranty.
