EP Rejected, but Appeal and then withdrew

Hi. so i got this messy thing.

I was hired by Company A and apply my pass Aug 13. Aug 24 i was rejected. i ask them the reason and they tell me due to quota. They told me they will re-submit my application Sept.2.

August 28 ive got an interview to Company B. it went okay. and i think I want this job.

Night of August 29 Company A informed me that they re-appeal my application.

Sept. 2, I ask them if they can withdraw my application because i accepted Company B offer.

They told me appeal cannot withdraw.

Also the same day Company try to key in my app, but cannot due to pending appeal.

Just this Monday Sept 9, they told me they withdraw my application using Isubmit.

Questions: how long will it take to process the withdrawal?

It may appear on聽 same day or can take a day or two. Let Co B can try to apply. Then you will come to know whether they are able to process or not. Good luck
