6 months in Singapore on EP and want to move to new company

Hi,

I am currently 6 months in Singapore on an EP Pass. I got an offer to join an company in the same business in an executive role ( so a significant step up from my current job ). I have 1 month notice with my old company without mentioning any reason, according to the contract.

Whats the best way to play this? Obviously i dont want to resign at my current job before i secured a new EP.

Would appreciate the help!

In short: To reduce risk, don't resign before the new EP is approved.
