I read from time to time Bangkok Post and a German Newsletter Wochenblitz.com witth news around Thailand.
Regulary I read my German News from online Newspaper and watch German TV via Globaltv.to

For local news I read Thai Visa and in certain instances follow the threads to the newspapers from which the article originated
I also read the Bangkok Post on the internet.
Unfortunately where I am there are no radio stations in English
For international news I have been subscribing to Time for 50 years and currently receive Fox News on the inet and the two liberal TV news channels BBC and CNN on True TV.
I also subscribe to my home country's newspapers for all the negative news I would like to read of the country
This is more than enough to keep my blood pressure high and updated with the world around me

Where would we be without the internet?   I too read the Bangkok Post online, Thai Visa for local and Thailand news.  I find the BBC radio online superb, i.e. BBC World News and radio 4, & 4 extra, great stations.  Sky news, well so, so!

I use Thaivisa and Bangkok Post, both on internet. For international news both BBC and CNN television are excellent. I also have a subscription on Time magazine.
There are 3 local English spoken radio stations in Pattaya, where i live.

Being a news junkie I read the Bangkok Post on line. And have ABC News Australia delivered by email twice a day. At night also use my internet radio to listen to Local radio 774 in Melbourne Australia, Radio National Australia as well as ABC News Radio Australia. I also have BBC available on the same system and can access China National Radio - their drive time show in English is quite good. There are approximately 20,000 stations available.

Using the internet on my laptop or iPad I can watch ABC News 24 Australia at any time as well as commercial TV networks in Australia. I have several other software systems available for access to various broadcasts.
I don't think I could live in Thailand without the internet.
I have a Google News Alert for Chiang mai news as well which is a distillation of current articles from various sources.
If anybody is interested in Internet radio I have a contact in Bangkok who sells these units.

I've configured my Facebook and Twitter feeds to receive news from CNN, BBC, Fox, Thai VISA.... Live Sky News and Al Jazeera feed on YouTube. I also downloaded Kodi off the Internet with the Exodus add on and I can now watch thousands of movies and tv shows on demand, both current and from several years back... I had both TOT and True, but I am happier with my 3BB 100 Mbps connection to make this all possible.

In todays news market; one can find out up to date reports on the internet. You can access any newspaper and news media from anywhere in the world. It all depends on your interest and what you feel in important to you. The local news and TV provides good coverage of what going on in Pattaya, Bangkok  and around Thailand. The internet provides news from around the world. SO one can find anything that sparks this interest from anywhere in the world.

I used to find a USA Today in the bookstore next to the Starbucks on Sukhumvit. I rely on WiFi access to get international news, but frankly if I make the move there I wish to be les connected with all that goes on in the world and just enjoy life with the dear people of Thailand. By the way, does anyone know of an inexpensive apartment where I can live with my 60 pound dog? He is friendly and gentle and he gets me out for walks every day.

Hate to admit it, but I use /r/ThailandNews on Reddit to curate the news. If I'm feeling masochistic I sometimes wander into /r/Thailand and /r/Bangkok
