For a child as young as yours you would need to hire a nanny. There are no childcare centres that I could find that take children that young. 

Try this website .  It is the St Andrews childcare centre. Contact them as they may be able to help you.  They may know of a nanny service in CM.

Most international schools take children from 3 yrs old.
