Is the problem the same without or with a VPN?

That's the number one way to tell if it's a country problem

@OceanBeach92107 The VPN, I have used so far to pay bills is free and gives only 30 minutes so I only used it to pay bills.聽

But today I see Rumble is working now..... at least at Highlands Coffee.

There are sites where a VPN is certainly necessary. The BBC being one.
