I've been using VNPT ever since I got here, and haven't had any problems, and I've mailed a bunch of coffee. Matter of fact I just sent 8K of coffee to Hawaii, postage was about 900,000VND.

Restrictions might be based on Russian customs.

Best to make friends with VietNam Airways cabin crew. Aeroflot crews would most likely charge too much. Both have direct VN<>Russia flights.

NINE KG is a very large "sample"!
