Again, no diacritical marks !聽 In addition, "thoi gioi" is either a misspell or a misused word.聽 聽I think the writer wanted to say "th岷� gi峄沬", which means "the world".

If that's the case, the translation for that sentence is "The 3rd thing is [for] the entire world to be happy, OK, Buddha?"聽 Or, a better translation, "Thirdly, may the entire world to have joy, [please, Buddha?]

If that was a conversation, it's a bizarre one.
