I am a Canadian born senior now retired in Thailand. I would like to go study business and or management in Vietnam, Da Nang,聽 HCMC, Hanoi etc, for a year or 2, for my personal development.
I already have a B COM and an MBA.聽 Courses given in English and or French. I would go in the summer of 2020.

You might not want the full MBA program, but the University of Hawaii Shidler College of Business has an MBA program for business executives in Vietnam, located in Ho Chi Minh City:

Certainly you are wise and educated enough to realize that the University of Hawaii program in Vietnam is likely a much better source for information about such courses than these discussion forums.
