Do you happen to know if it is possible to add funds to one's own paypal account v铆a cash in Vietnam? There seems to be an option of depositing cash at a convenience store like 711 in some countries. Please let me know about cash deposits in Vietnam.

Under Vietnam law, there is no legal way to do it in Vietnam.

Are we sure on that? I don't use Paypal (since leaving Canada), but there certainly seems to be a lot of info available regarding Paypal in Vietnam.

If indeed it is even possible to add funds in cash, I would think that proof of a legal source of those funds will be required by the VN bank.
