Hi

via a local Facebook group, you could look for an Iphone 5. Am using a borrowed one right now and expect to pay 1,000.000 d.

* bring a new SIM card to try it. Some are "SIM locked"

Then I saw an ad for a NEW Nokia 8810 (?) for " 499,000 d". Can't read Vietnamese, but you might get a new phone delivered in days for like 580,000 d.

In the mean time, talk to copy shops, they usually have a PC and you can go online for a low price
