Expat hair salons HCMC

Hello,

Anyone know a salon in HCMC where I can get my brown roots (which are starting to show) dyed blonde to match the rest of my hair? It would also be great if I could get a normal haircut (i.e. one where the hair stylist didn't razor my hair at all sorts of angles).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks but that thread doesn't mention any place that's good for getting your hair dyed (particularly, places that dye hair blonde). If anyone knows a salon with clientele that get their hair dyed blonde I would really appreciate it. There's gotta be a place somewhere, district 2 maybe?

Thanks, I'll give them a call (District 1 is closer to where I live). I'm also going to try to call this Concept Coiffure place in District 2 because it was highly recommended for hair dying on tripadvisor:
