It can be the top floor of BITEXCO tower if you like something comfortable and romantic. You wouldn't be hustle in the crowd. But I think you need to make a reservation.

There are at Rooftop bar in Rex hotel or Saigon Saigon Bar at Caravelle hotel. With 2 this places we can view the firework at the center of dist.1

The fireworks are held in the vicinity of the River SaiGon. Given the construction, etc., hardly the most auspicious places for viewing.

Free off charge and crowded: 1) Thu Thiem bridge (connecting District 2 and Binh Thanh District 2) Thu Thiem area near the tunnel with open space and always people (couples) gathering.



Park and View: 1) Saigon Pearl, park at the basement and go to the  small park right next to the Saigon River with a view of the whole city and fireworks. Security beefs up during holidays due to more non-residence visiting.
