Does anyone here know of any places that has salsa, merengue, or bachata dancing? Not schools, just nice clubs to unwind and have fun.

Pacharan on Hai Ba Trung, live latin music every Friday night from 9pm to late.
Or Saigon Saigon Bar at caravelle hotel.
Hard Rock Cafe at Kumho
