Monoxodil does not 'restore' hair . . . you should read the request before responding.聽 I have a similar posted question and interested in a response.
I also have two places though have no experience with them.聽 I will post any follow up here in this thread.

1.聽 Dr. Tu at 290 Tran Hung Dao, Quan 5, Ho Chi Minh 02835019999;聽 They were recommended by a comsmetic surgery hospital that was recommended by a friend (closest to a good recommendation I got)
2.聽 Vietnam Hair 97B Nguyen Du Thanh, Q1 HCm,聽 They had a review of 3.5/5.0 on whatclinic.com () with 230 people responding.
