Go to a travel agent in Pham Ngu Lao area that uses Cambodian buses. They're not nicer than Vietnamese, but MUCH quieter. My wife and I rode a Cambodian bus to PP and back, and hardly heard a word from the other passengers the whole trip. OTOH, when we stopped at the border, a Vietnamese bus drove up, and we could hear the passengers inside from more than 100 meters away. It sounded like a rolling party.

I have wondered to myself many times why people would rather ask questions on this forum, rather than simply using Google and type, "bus saigon phnom penh", which yields this result as one of many:

I think we rode the Mekong Express, because, as this link suggests, it was/is the best. It was about 3 years ago, so I don't recall for sure, but it probably was the one we took.

Mekong Express has a very good reputation, most of the buses have a toilet.
